Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior–Mid Frontend Engineer with a strong interest in Web3 technologies to join our team.
In this role, you will build responsive, high-performance user interfaces that interact with Solana-based smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and blockchain teams to deliver seamless user experiences in a fast-moving and innovative environment.

Requirements:

You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in web2 frontend development and at least 1 year of experience in Web3 Frontend Development within the Solana ecosystem, including wallet connections and Solana smart contract integrations to the frontend.
A high-level understanding of how Solana and blockchain work is essential, including knowledge of RPC nodes, wallet providers, and transaction signing from the frontend using wallet providers like Phantom Wallet.
You should understand PDA, Solana accounts, and methods.
A good understanding of server/client component differences is required.
You must have a solid grasp of rendering techniques on Next.js, including partial prerendering, SSR, CSR, SSG, and revalidations.
Knowledge of build time and runtime optimizations is necessary.
Familiarity with REST APIs and networking is required.
You should be knowledgeable about cookies, sessions, and local storage persisting layers.
You must utilize optimized design patterns and have knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
A willingness to improve and an open-minded personality are essential.
Attending Solana hackathons is a plus.
Familiarity with DeFi, TradFi, NFTs, RWAs, or other fields in the Solana ecosystem is a plus.
Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and knowledge of Jira is a plus.
