The company is seeking a Junior Developer Relations Engineer to onboard and engage developers in the Flow ecosystem.
This role involves being the first point of technical engagement for developers entering Web3 and Flow.
Responsibilities include creating guides, tutorials, and example projects to showcase building on Flow.
The engineer will cultivate and engage the developer community across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
The position requires sharing insights and best practices to inspire developers and demonstrate Flow’s capabilities.
The engineer will create educational content, including blog posts and live coding sessions, to assist developers.
Gathering and sharing developer feedback with internal teams to improve documentation and onboarding experiences is also part of the role.

Requirements:

A technical background with experience in Web3, blockchain, or smart contract development is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain technical concepts clearly.
A passion for community-building and developer engagement is essential.
Experience in creating developer-focused content such as blog posts, videos, tutorials, or live coding sessions is required.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and develop a personal brand in the Web3 developer space are important.
