As a Junior Web Developer, you will maintain and enhance the marketing website to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Your work will influence brand presence, drive traffic, generate leads, and support growth experiments.
Key responsibilities include regularly updating the marketing website, collaborating with growth and design teams, participating in growth experiments, monitoring website performance, and writing clean, maintainable code.
Requirements:
A solid understanding of PHP and JavaScript is required, with experience in frameworks like React or Next.js preferred.
You should have a design sensibility to implement and build out web pages.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Attention to detail is important to ensure all website elements are accurate and functional.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Preferred experience includes 1–2 years in web development, familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress or Craft, and knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS and Tailwind CSS.

A competitive salary of £30,000 for a 5-day week or £24,000 for a 4-day week is provided.
