The Lead Blockchain Security Analyst will design and execute a robust blockchain security assessment program.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
A technical understanding of various blockchains, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana, is necessary.
Candidates must have the ability to understand source code, such as Python or Rust.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in blockchain security and 7 years in cybersecurity, technology, or engineering is required.
Expertise in communicating security risks to both technical and non-technical teams is essential.
The ability to assess technical controls for effectiveness and experience in a highly regulated industry, such as financial services, is needed.
Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and adapt to ambiguity.
Creative problem-solving skills to recommend and implement process improvements are important.
Certifications like CISSP, CTPRP, CISA, CISM, or similar are favorable but not mandatory.
Benefits:
The position offers a base pay range of $130,000 to $170,000, with an annual bonus target of 15%.
