Remote Lead Blockchain Security Analyst

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
• A technical understanding of various blockchains such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana is necessary.
• Candidates must have the ability to understand source code, including languages like Python and Rust.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in blockchain security and 7 years in cybersecurity, technology, or engineering is required.
• Expertise in communicating security risks to both technical and non-technical teams is essential.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and adapt to ambiguity.
• Creative problem-solving skills are necessary to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CTPRP, CISA, CISM, or similar are favorable but not required.

Benefits:

• The position offers a base pay range of $130,000 to $170,000, with an annual bonus target of 15%.
