The Lead Blockchain Security Analyst will design and execute a blockchain security assessment program and lead security risk assessments of blockchains.
Responsibilities include leveraging technical understanding of various blockchains, evaluating threat intelligence, engaging with engineering teams, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
A technical understanding of various blockchains such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana is necessary.
Candidates must have the ability to understand source code, including languages like Python and Rust.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in blockchain security and 7 years in cybersecurity, technology, or engineering is required.
Expertise in communicating security risks to both technical and non-technical teams is essential.
Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and adapt to ambiguity.
Creative problem-solving skills are necessary to recommend and implement process improvements.
Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is preferred.
Certifications such as CISSP, CTPRP, CISA, CISM, or similar are favorable but not required.
Benefits:
The position offers a base pay range of $130,000 to $170,000, with an annual bonus target of 15%.

Circle has a discretionary vacation policy, provides 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
