Remote Lead Mobile Engineer

• The Lead Mobile Engineer will lead the mobile engineering team to design, build, and refine multi-chain mobile SDKs and applications.
• The role requires deep technical knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Unity, and Flutter.
• Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, managing a team of 5 engineers, strategic planning, quality assurance, developer engagement, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team of engineers with a successful project delivery track record.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in mobile development with strong skills in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
• Must have experience with mobile testing frameworks and a strong understanding of best practices for mobile testing.
• Must have deep familiarity with the web3 ecosystem and blockchain technologies such as dApps, wallets, and dev tooling.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Must be able to work remotely and manage a distributed team across different time zones.
• Nice to have experience with multiple mobile development frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Flutter, Unity, React Native, and open source contributions.
