The Lead Mobile Engineer will lead the mobile engineering team to design, build, and refine multi-chain mobile SDKs and applications using Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Unity, and Flutter.
The role requires ensuring alignment with Reown's mission to empower developers and reach the next 100 million crypto users.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, managing a team of 5 mobile engineers, strategic planning with stakeholders, overseeing quality assurance, engaging with the developer community, and driving innovation in mobile offerings.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team of engineers with a successful project delivery track record.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in mobile development with strong skills in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) is required.
Experience with mobile testing frameworks and a strong understanding of best practices for mobile testing is essential.
Candidates should have deep familiarity with the web3 ecosystem and blockchain technologies such as dApps, wallets, and dev tooling.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are necessary.
The ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team across different time zones is required.
Nice to have skills include experience with multiple mobile development frameworks, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and working with Flutter, Unity, and React Native.
