• You will lead the development of the LawnStarter platform, ensuring the use of best development techniques and architectural patterns.
• You will own the resolution of complex problems in systems and integrations, and find opportunities to share knowledge across teams.
• The role includes delegating tasks to teammates and ensuring their success, identifying technical debt opportunities, and prioritizing these activities with management.
• You will ensure thorough automated testing and communicate patterns and solutions through documentation and presentations.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with server- and client-side web software experience.
• Familiarity with cloud development, Test Driven Development (TDD), RESTful APIs, React, XSS attacks, and MVC web frameworks is required.
• A solid understanding of fundamental computer science concepts is necessary, including pointers, Big O notation, composition vs. inheritance, and data structures.
• A firm grasp of SQL and databases, including CRUD operations and understanding of indexes and joins, is essential.
• Interest in technical SEO best practices and familiarity with content optimization and performance enhancements is a plus.
• Bonus points for interest in exploring AI solutions to optimize user behaviors.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (React, React Native, Vue) is preferred, but a background in any mainstream object-oriented language is acceptable.
