Requirements:

Candidates must have experience leading development teams responsible for delivering prioritized roadmap items.
Proficiency in designing and developing applications using J2EE technologies and SOA architecture is required.

Strong relational database skills, particularly with PostgreSQL or Oracle, are necessary.
Candidates should have experience with XML/JSON web services and Java technologies such as JMS, MDB, and JPA (Hibernate).
