We are seeking an experienced senior Software Engineer to architect and develop a next-generation iGaming product for both mobile and desktop.
The ideal candidate will spearhead technical design, oversee the development lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality, robust, and innovative gaming experience.
Responsibilities include leading the architecture and development of a high-performance, scalable iGaming product, providing technical strategy and guidance, coordinating with stakeholders for timely releases, implementing coding standards, and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with a proven track record of designing and building high-performance, customer-facing web applications.
A proven track record in developing and maintaining casino game backend systems or game engines is essential.
Hands-on experience integrating third-party RNG providers and other essential iGaming services is required.
Strong experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures is necessary.
In-depth knowledge of modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL) is essential.
Proven experience delivering responsive, cross-platform web experiences is required.
Candidates should have experience mentoring engineers and cultivating high-performance environments.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities are essential.
