Description:
- Lead technical initiatives from inception to user deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the LawnStarter platform
- Architect solutions, write quality code, and solve technical challenges
- Lead other engineers by example and contribute to the codebase
- Ensure timely and quality software delivery to customers
- Own resolution of complex system problems and integrations
- Delegate tasks, share knowledge, and prioritize technical debt buy-down
- Implement automated testing and communicate solutions effectively
Requirements:
- Experienced full-stack engineer with server- and client-side web software background
- Familiarity with cloud development, Test Driven Development (TDD), RESTful APIs, React, XSS attacks, and MVC frameworks
- Understanding of fundamental computer science concepts and SQL/database operations
- Ability to describe pointers, Big O notation, composition vs. inheritance, and differences between data structures
- Proficiency in SQL, CRUD operations, indexes, and join operations
