The Lead Software Engineer role in the GenAI team in Brazil focuses on leveraging advanced AI technologies for personalized user experiences.
Responsibilities include working on generative AI development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs fine-tuning, and API integrations.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in code reviews, and effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership responsibilities involve driving critical projects, planning and delivering cross-team projects, and promoting a supportive work environment focused on wellbeing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, Java, C, or C++.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies and API development.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities in English and Portuguese.
Ability to work on high scalable projects, adapt to new technologies quickly, and lead by example.
Prior experience in software engineering and AI is mandatory.
