RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our client's team, which is focused on helping micro-business owners turn their crafting passions into successful businesses.
This is a remote position available within Argentina and Uruguay.
The role involves leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of algorithms and models, particularly in Computer Vision applications such as artwork generation and mockup creation.
Responsibilities include traversing large datasets, utilizing various programming languages and AI frameworks, and managing different stages of the project pipeline, including data preprocessing, model selection, and deployment.
A solid understanding of statistical modeling, algorithms, and programming principles is essential for this position.
The Machine Learning Engineer will also develop and maintain software infrastructure to support Computer Vision and Machine Learning workflows, collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to ensure effective project outcomes.
Continuous exploration and assimilation of new techniques and technologies in the field is expected, along with documenting code, models, and workflows for reproducibility and maintainability.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science combined with 5+ years of experience working on web applications at scale is required.
At least 2 years of experience in Computer Vision or AI, preferably in an e-commerce environment, is necessary.
Experience in fine-tuning or training image generation models is essential.
Proficiency in 3D modeling is required.
Candidates must have experience deploying models into production for customer use.
Familiarity with various models such as SDXL, DALL-E, and CLIP is necessary.
The ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions is crucial.
Strong technical skills, including experience with software development and data analysis, are required.
A proven track record of managing complex development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are necessary.
