Description:

Constructor is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for their AI Shopping Assistant product, which aims to enhance the shopping experience through innovative approaches like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM Agents.
The role involves building and deploying robust ML systems to personalize shopping experiences, designing products using GenAI-based methods, and optimizing LLM-based pipelines to improve business KPIs.
Responsibilities include participating in strategic planning sessions, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, and developing analytical dashboards to showcase product impact.

Requirements:

Comprehensive understanding of classical machine learning techniques.
Experience with big data technologies for end-to-end ML product development.
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a focus on transformer-based approaches being a plus.
Proficiency in Python, including async programming.
Ability to develop and maintain analytical dashboards for business and ML metrics.
Practical experience in designing, developing, and maintaining real-time services.
Strong strategic planning and prioritization skills.
Continuous learning and tracking of recent advancements in AI and ML.
Excellent English communication skills.

Compensation: base range of 90-110k USD + stock options + work from home bonus.
