• The company Kinitex Network is seeking a CMO / Marketing Team Lead.
• The role involves building the marketing strategy from scratch and implementing it systematically.
• The position requires setting up marketing independently as there is currently no marketing team in the company.
• Responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, brand, content, social networks, PR, and partnerships.
• Utilizing marketing and analytical tools to track user growth.
• Building a team, analyzing market trends for growth opportunities.
• Generating new ideas to attract users and partners.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, with 1-2 years in Web3 (ideally DeFi/cross-chain).
• Proficiency in marketing tools and data analysis.
• Strong leadership skills, presentation abilities, and brand narrative development.
• Experience in product marketing, social media, SEO, growth, and brand marketing.
• Russian level C1, English level B2.
