Description:

  • Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, is seeking a Mid-level Backend Software Engineer for their Professional Services team in Brazil.
  • The role involves collaborating with diverse teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, focusing on process automation, delivering reports, and integrating over 90 connectors into a new programming environment.
  • Responsibilities include building APIs, manipulating data, tracking tasks, conducting client meetings, creating reports, and identifying business improvement opportunities.
  • The position requires promoting wellbeing in the workplace and fostering a supportive environment for colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Clean Code and development best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/NodeJS and SQL/NoSQL technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with REST APIs, HTTP best practices, and data manipulation in CSV and XLSX formats.
  • Advanced English proficiency and experience with high-traffic APIs.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, KPI tracking, and international projects.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Desired: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, version control, and GIT.
