Wellhub is hiring a Mid-level Salesforce Software Engineer for their Partners Focus Area in Brazil, working remotely.
The role involves developing scalable solutions to enhance productivity for Wellhub employees, ensuring user-friendly and data-driven products.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving features with a focus on performance, scalability, and stability.
The engineer will tackle complex technical problems, create new solutions for emerging business needs, and engage in agile development and quick prototypes.
The position requires hands-on coding to develop solutions, making quick decisions that impact product outcomes, and ensuring systems reliability and scalability.
The engineer will identify technical debts, build solutions through declarative programming and coding, and maintain quality in every developed feature.

Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with Apex and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Aura and Web Components is required.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience is necessary.

Familiarity with Agile ecosystems is required.
A passion for new technologies and proven problem-solving capabilities are important.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills are necessary.

The ability to articulate ideas clearly in English when speaking to groups is mandatory.
Candidates must be able to lead initiatives from inception to release, assisting team members in delivering quality tasks and enhancing their knowledge.
