The Salesforce Software Engineer will join the Salesforce | Corporate Platform team in Brazil.
The team is responsible for building a scalable platform to support the hierarchy of accounts and Sales Journey deals.
Key challenges include creating a system for flexible commercial conditions for different account subsidiaries and enabling sales executives to manage negotiations effectively.
The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving features with a focus on performance, scalability, and stability.
The engineer will collaborate with the Staff Software Engineer and Technical Program Manager to evaluate task feasibility and suggest technical solutions.
Responsibilities include coding, making quick decisions, ensuring system reliability, and identifying technical debts.
The engineer will use declarative programming and coding to build solutions and promote a supportive work environment focused on wellbeing.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with Apex/JavaScript and building integrations with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components is required.
Experience in collaborative environments with engineers, product managers, and designers is essential.
Familiarity with Apex Enterprise Patterns, Design Patterns, and Frameworks is necessary.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for new technologies.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills are required.
A proactive attitude and the ability to think outside the box are essential to fit the startup culture.
Candidates must be able to articulate ideas clearly in English.
Prior experience as a Salesforce developer using Apex, LWC, and Flows is mandatory.
