• The Salesforce Software Engineer will join the Salesforce | Corporate Platform team in Brazil.
• The team is responsible for building a scalable platform to support the hierarchy of accounts and Sales Journey deals.
• Key challenges include creating a system for flexible commercial conditions for different account subsidiaries and enabling sales executives to manage negotiations effectively.
• The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving features with a focus on performance, scalability, and stability.
• The engineer will collaborate with the Staff Software Engineer and Technical Program Manager to evaluate task feasibility and suggest technical solutions.
• Responsibilities include coding, making quick decisions, ensuring system reliability, and identifying technical debts.
• The engineer will use declarative programming and coding to build solutions and promote a supportive work environment focused on wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience with Apex/JavaScript and building integrations with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components is required.
• Experience in collaborative environments with engineers, product managers, and designers is essential.
• Familiarity with Apex Enterprise Patterns, Design Patterns, and Frameworks is necessary.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for new technologies.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills are required.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to think outside the box are essential to fit the startup culture.
• Candidates must be able to articulate ideas clearly in English.
• Prior experience as a Salesforce developer using Apex, LWC, and Flows is mandatory.
