Remote Middle/Senior Front-End Engineer (AdTech)

Description:

• We are looking for a responsible and proactive person who loves challenges and constantly evaluates and questions.
• The role involves shipping products that solve real problems.
• As a Front-End Developer, you will work with agile product and development teams, collaborating with engineers, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Architects, System Testers, DevOps, and Customer Support.
• You will lead the development of new features and enhancements for the Bidder-as-a-Service platform.
• The tech stack includes ReactJS, TypeScript, Jest, Enzyme, Cypress, Easy-Peasy (Redux, ModX), React Storybook, AWS, GitHub, CI, and TDD practices.
• You will elaborate on the technical design of complex systems or their large components and ensure high quality, maintainability, and conformance of software to best practices.
• Producing clean code and participating in requirements clarification sessions are essential parts of the job.
• You will proactively review code with peers, participate in estimation and planning sessions, and develop technical project documentation and user documentation.
• Participation in project and team meetings is required, providing relevant contributions and information.
• You will understand and contribute to the team’s product roadmap, coming up with sound technical designs and solutions to challenging problems.
• Close collaboration with the UX/design team is necessary to ensure coherent products that are a pleasure to use.
• Following the Agile Scrum process, you will work in sprints to deliver work that satisfies all user story criteria and is of sound technical quality.
• You will play a supervisory, advisory, and coaching role for Senior specialists, ensuring their assigned tasks are delivered through guidance and peer reviews.
• Participation in technical interviews of software developer specialists and assessments of candidates’ capabilities against job requirements is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and the related ecosystem is required.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures is essential.
• Expertise in documentation, Software Development Lifecycle, and ALM Tools is necessary.
• You should possess strong estimation skills, with the ability to propose solutions, pros, and cons.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and shipping rich Front-end applications is required.
• A strong knowledge of functional programming concepts and other programming paradigms is needed.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English is mandatory.
