Description:
Aizen is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and optimize AI pipelines for their end-to-end AI platform.
The role involves working across the stack, from data ingestion and model training to real-time inference and monitoring.
Responsibilities include designing and optimizing AI pipelines, implementing training workflows for ML models, developing scalable backend services and APIs, building monitoring tools for model performance, and researching advanced ML techniques.
The position is open to both entry-level and senior engineers, offering opportunities to tackle complex ML challenges and enhance automation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX is required.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and experience in deploying ML models in production environments is necessary.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of MLOps and model deployment, including experience with CI/CD for ML and tools like MLflow, Kubernetes, or Ray, is required.
Experience with LLMs and NLP is a plus, including knowledge of transformer-based models and APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere.
Entry-level candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in AI/ML development and an eagerness to learn.
Senior-level candidates should have 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, experience building AI/ML infrastructure at scale, and the ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
