Requirements:
Candidates must have solid experience leading engineering teams in mobile app development for iOS and Android.
A strong product sense is required to connect user needs with technical implementation and product vision.
Hands-on experience with mobile-first architecture and backend service integrations is essential.
Strategic thinking is necessary, with an understanding of go-to-market strategies and user acquisition.
Familiarity with Web3 technologies or a strong motivation to learn about decentralized systems is expected.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first environment are mandatory.
Bonus points for experience with wallet apps or security-sensitive fintech tools, familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, contributions to open-source projects, and understanding of DeFi and cross-chain protocols.
