Novellia is seeking a talented and experienced Mobile (React Native) Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities include collaborating within cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
The engineer will lead the development and maintenance of the iOS application and the launch of the Android application, ensuring high performance and quality.
Staying up-to-date with the latest iOS and Android platform developments and advancements in health tech is essential for continuous innovation.
The engineer will contribute innovative ideas to improve product functionality, performance, and usability.
Best practices for coding, testing, and deployment must be implemented to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Close collaboration with product managers and designers is required to translate requirements into technical specifications.
The engineer should stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a startup environment is necessary.
The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in developing iOS applications using React Native, with bonus experience in Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, and the iOS SDK.
Proven working experience in iOS app development with a strong portfolio of deployed applications/features in the App Store is essential.
A history of delivering on high-impact organizational projects is required.
Experience in digital health technologies is a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges are necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a proactive and positive attitude, are required.
A passion for product development and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects is essential.
Commitment to following best practices and standards for software development is required.
The candidate should want to be part of building an engineering team from the ground up.
Participation in an on-call rotation is expected.
