Nisum is seeking a talented .NET Core Engineer to join their development team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services built on the .NET Core platform.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The role requires expertise in modern software development practices and a passion for delivering efficient, scalable, and secure applications.
Key tasks include designing and maintaining web applications and APIs using .NET Core, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and maintainable code, optimizing databases, integrating third-party services, performing code reviews, contributing to architectural discussions, working within Agile teams, ensuring application security, and monitoring application performance.

Requirements:

Candidates must reside in Chile or Colombia.
Advanced English skills are required.
Experience in developing web applications using .NET Core and the .NET Framework is essential.
Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for building modern web applications and APIs is necessary.
Experience with RESTful API design and development using .NET Core is required.
Proficiency in SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing database interactions is needed.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, or React) and their integration with back-end services is important.
A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns is expected.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is required.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies is preferred.
Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS for deploying and managing .NET Core applications is necessary.
Strong knowledge of security best practices in web development, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments, are required.
