Nisum seeks a talented .NET Core Engineer to join their development team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services on the .NET Core platform.
The role involves collaborating with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, implementing and optimizing databases, integrating third-party services, performing code reviews, and contributing to architectural discussions.
The engineer will work within Agile teams, ensuring application security, monitoring performance, and staying updated with the latest trends in .NET Core and cloud services.

Requirements:

Candidates must reside in Chile or Colombia.
Advanced English skills are required.
Experience in developing web applications using .NET Core and the .NET Framework is essential.
Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for building modern web applications and APIs is necessary.
Experience with RESTful API design and development using .NET Core is required.
Proficiency in SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) with experience in writing complex queries is needed.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, or React is important.
A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns is expected.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is required.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies is preferred.
Experience in cloud environments like Azure or AWS for deploying .NET Core applications is necessary.
Strong knowledge of security best practices in web development is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required for effective collaboration.
