Remote People Data Analyst

Description:

• As a People Data Analyst for Growth at VTEX, you will be responsible for building and optimizing dashboards, databases, and analytics to provide actionable insights that will guide our decisions related to our people strategy on different fronts: Hiring, Talent Management, Compensation, among others.
• You will play a key role in analyzing data, presenting findings, and driving improvements in our recruitment, people strategies, and HR operations.
• Your tasks will include tracking indicators, building dashboards and databases that will guide the team's strategy and decisions.
• You will be expected to identify improvements and opportunities regarding our Hiring and HR Processes based on your analysis.
• You will bring technology and automation to the existing processes.
• You will transfer data knowledge and skills to the existing People team members.
• You will help scale our recruitment and HR processes globally.

Requirements:

• You should be an undergraduate student or a recent graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• You must have intermediate knowledge in Power BI, People Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with dashboard platforms, such as PowerBI, DataStudio, or others, is necessary.
