Description:

RYZ Labs is seeking a PHP Software Developer for a short-term remote assignment within Argentina and Uruguay.
The client is a startup focused on transforming the trading card industry, with exclusive licensing deals with the MLB, NFL, and NBA.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using PHP, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter is required.
Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary.
Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL is expected.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services is essential.
Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
Nice-to-haves include experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
