Remote Platform Engineer (Senior / Mid)

Description:

• Trust Wallet is seeking a passionate and motivated Platform Engineer (Senior/Mid) to build modern, cloud-native, and cloud-agnostic platforms.
• The role involves spearheading the planning and execution of infrastructure deployments, ensuring a stable and scalable foundation for the platform serving millions of users.
• Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows to maintain high availability (HA) and meet service level objectives (SLOs).
• The engineer will own backend features that support all platforms, including extension, mobile, and desktop.
• The position requires interfacing directly with end-users and developers to support them and collect feedback for product direction.
• The engineer will work with the team to foster a culture of excellence with each new hire.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have deep experience managing and building with Cloud Platforms such as AWS and Cloudflare.
• Experience with Kubernetes and adjacent technologies like Istio and Helm Charts is required.
• Proficiency in infrastructure configuration management tools such as Terraform and Atlantis is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience building CI/CD pipelines and accelerating application delivery using tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with production observability technologies, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Sentry, is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Go lang, particularly in Networking, HTTP, gRPC, and OpenTelemetry, is required.
• Expertise in implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles with a focus on maintaining high availability is necessary.
• Candidates should be familiar with incident handling and on-call responsibilities.
