Description:
Campminder is seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer to join their team in Boulder, CO or work remotely.
The role involves leading teams, driving technical initiatives, providing technical guidance, and contributing to software architecture and full-stack engineering execution.
The position does not entail any management responsibilities.
The Principal Engineer will collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and other Technology leaders to plan and implement technical strategies.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining software solutions, identifying technical problems, proposing solutions, mentoring less experienced engineers, and advocating for Agile methodologies.
The successful candidate will help grow a collaborative culture in line with Campminder's core values.
Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience in Software Engineering.
Proficiency in designing and building SaaS solutions, modernizing legacy software, and working with .NET, JavaScript (including React and Node), and Golang.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in various formats.
Strong skills in managing workloads, goals, and timelines for oneself and the team.
Experience mentoring software engineers.

Competitive compensation ranging from $155,000 to $175,000, with eligibility for a $12,000 bonus.
