Remote Principal Engineer (Remote within EMEA)

Description:

• Printify is seeking a Principal Engineer to join their Engineering team and contribute to transforming business dreams into digital products.
• The company operates through 21 specialized squads focusing on areas like Sales Experience, Order services, Payments, and Product Presentation.
• The Principal Engineer will be responsible for shaping the architecture of the Printify Print On Demand platform, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• The role involves working with technologies such as PHP, Symfony, TypeScript, Angular, Jenkins, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, and more.
• Responsibilities include guiding development teams, investigating and solving architecture-related problems, mentoring team members, and collaborating with architects and engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in roles like Principal Engineer, Lead Developer, or Software Architect.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Solid understanding of software fundamentals, Microservices architecture, Domain Driven Design principles, and experience with AWS.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Preferred qualifications include expert-level PHP knowledge, experience with MongoDB, and understanding of front-end technologies.
