Description:
Tyk is an API Management platform that connects various systems and services across multiple industries, including retail, finance, telecoms, healthcare, and media.

The Principal Pre-Sales Solution Architect will work closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
Responsibilities include engaging with customers, leading sales engineering projects, guiding clients on API implementation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
The role also involves leading technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, creating technical documentation, and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in a Pre-Sales role such as Sales Engineer, Sales Architect, or Solution Consultant.
A proven track record of delivering technical solutions for enterprise-level customers is required.
Experience with open-source technology and achieving sales targets while collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams is essential.
Technical skills should include programming languages like Golang, Java, and Python, familiarity with application development processes, and experience designing solutions for public and private clouds.
Expertise in Kubernetes, Containers, Docker, Linux, Event Broker technologies, and API Management frameworks is necessary.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also required.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with project management abilities, are essential for managing multiple priorities effectively.
