Experience in building infrastructure at a later stage than Ashby is required, with knowledge of handling large data points and automating processes.
Candidates should be versatile, ready to tackle various challenges including infrastructure updates, security enforcement, and debugging.
A strong coding background is necessary, as SREs are expected to review and submit code changes regularly.
Familiarity with SQL is important, as the role involves working with data-centric features.
