CodaMetrix is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their engineering team remotely.
The role involves leading the design, development, debugging, and testing of software products.
The Principal Software Engineer will ensure technical quality and act as a bridge between engineering and other departments.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of architecture and development experience using multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
A strong ability to design and implement complex systems and architectures is required.
A BS in a related field is necessary, with advanced degrees or professional certifications being a plus.
Extensive experience in analysis, development, and automated testing in Java and web technologies in a CI/CD environment is essential.
Expertise in JEE technologies, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and core Java packages, is required.
Hands-on experience with microservice development, testing, and delivery is necessary.
A strong background in relational database modeling is required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with both management and peers are essential.
Proven experience mentoring and coaching engineers, setting technical direction, and guiding teams through complex challenges is required.
Strong decision-making ability within specific projects and technical domains is necessary.
