Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in product and marketing analytics, preferably in a tech-driven or venture-backed environment.
Proficiency in SQL is required, along with the ability to create and interpret visualizations for actionable insights.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, and others is necessary.
A self-driven, analytical mindset is essential, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
Strong business analysis skills focused on influencing product and marketing strategies through data are required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
