You will create and build out characters’ backstories, personalities, and unique attributes to enhance user engagement and immersion.
The role involves testing new characters and features, providing feedback on effectiveness and user engagement.
You will analyze competitors and industry trends to keep content relevant and ahead of the curve.
Collaboration with product designers, developers, and other teams is essential to ensure character prompts meet project requirements.

Requirements:

You must have demonstrated experience in prompt engineering, with a strong understanding of crafting prompts for varied AI use cases.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt development techniques is required.
Experience in testing and iterating on character-driven content is necessary.
Exceptional creativity, with a flair for storytelling and character creation, is essential.
