Description:

Binance is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
The role involves engaging in all stages of the software development life cycle, including establishing requirements, designing, writing code, testing, and deployment.
The developer will possess strong technical skills to deliver high-quality production code.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the Quant research team to enhance trading models, liaising with trading and operations teams to develop and improve trading products, and establishing trading system infrastructure for large scale positions and orders.
The developer will implement and improve risk management tools, identify system bottlenecks and bugs, and provide solutions.
Mentoring junior developers and assisting with design and code reviews is also part of the role.
The position requires availability during flexible working hours to address production emergencies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience managing the complete project life cycle for large scale projects using React (frontend) and Java (backend).
Excellent problem-solving capabilities are essential.
A strong understanding of software design, architecture, development, and integration is required.
Candidates should have a profound understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java.
Solid knowledge of event processing models, enterprise integration patterns, web services, and REST is necessary.
Familiarity with backend technologies such as Spring, MySQL, and Cloud is required.
Experience with frontend frameworks like AG Grid, Next.js, and icejs is advantageous.
Experience with high availability, high throughput, low latency systems is a plus.
Experience in algorithmic trading systems, investment banks, hedge funds, trading firms, or brokerages is also a plus.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Mathematics/Algorithm-related field is preferred.
