Description:

  • The company is seeking a Research Engineer for its BUIDL AI initiative, focusing on hands-on engineering and cutting-edge research.
  • The role involves collaborating with a global team to design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions for the hacker community.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting applied research in AI and machine learning, designing and deploying scalable AI systems, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, exploring industry trends, contributing to open-source projects, and optimizing AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in fields such as Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or other STEM disciplines.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks are required.
  • Familiarity with AI development tools, databases, and ontology is necessary.
  • Experience with AI/ML model development is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to bridge theoretical research with practical engineering through projects or open-source contributions.
  • A diverse perspective and passion for innovation in frontier technologies are essential.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required to work effectively in diverse teams.
