The tech team is expanding to enhance existing features and develop new functionalities, including AI to AI conversations, group chat, AI chat and phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, and AR/VR.
The role involves working closely with the Product Manager to review project specifications, preparing integration plans, and hands-on code implementation including PRs, code reviews, and testing.
Candidates should have a strong focus on back-end development using Ruby-on-Rails, although full-stack expertise is also welcomed.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer, with recent experience in Ruby-on-Rails being mandatory.
Experience in tech startups or similarly agile and fast-paced environments is required.
Applicants should have worked on large-scale products that are used by thousands of users.
Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential, with fluency in English.
A sense of ownership and commitment is necessary, as the company seeks individuals who act as owners rather than renters.
