Remote Rust Engineer: Blockchain

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Rust developer to contribute to the growth of the infrastructure, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and architects to develop new features, integrate liquidity sources, and structure financial systems.
• Engage in technical discussions with the Architect to contribute expertise for iterating the global architecture.
• Support implementation, setup, and deployment of trading algorithms, making technical decisions aligned with the engineering department's guidelines.
• Mentor other Engineering members, participate in code reviews, review performance metrics, and ensure well-documented processes.
• Ideal candidate has experience in low-latency trading systems, algo trading, crypto, DeFi, and is a low-level system thinker.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of back end coding experience in C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
• Essential experience with Rust.
• Familiarity or interest in Trading and financial markets.
• Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
• Nice to have: 1 year of relevant experience in DeFi, Web3, or a DAO, familiarity with AWS, experience with non EVM chains.
