Description:
The Rust Engineer will be responsible for architecting and developing the smart-contract infrastructure and tooling for the platform.
Tasks include adding features to the smart-contract framework and libraries, writing automation bots, building off-chain smart-contract indexers, maintaining CLIs and tooling, and other related development tasks.
The role is suited for individuals passionate about Rust and smart-contracts, who enjoy creating tools for fellow developers.
Quick adaptation to new technologies is crucial for success in this position.
Requirements:
High-level understanding of blockchain operations (consensus, transactions, blocks, etc.) with prior experience in web3 being mandatory.
Availability to work on a UTC-7 to UTC+3 (PST to CET) schedule.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Rust as the primary development language.
At least 4 years of overall software development experience.
Strong architectural skills are essential.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess an ownership mindset, being opinionated, independent, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
