Description:

• Seeking an experienced Rust developer to contribute to the growth of the infrastructure, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and architects to develop new features and integrate liquidity sources.
• Responsibilities include planning and deploying trading algorithms, making technical decisions aligned with the engineering department's guidelines, mentoring team members, reviewing performance metrics, and ensuring well-documented processes.
• Ideal candidate should have experience in low-latency trading systems, a passion for algo trading, crypto, DeFi, and strong low-level system thinking skills.
• Role may involve integrating with poorly documented APIs from protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of back end coding experience in languages like C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
• Essential experience with Rust.
• Familiarity or interest in Trading and financial markets, trading algorithms in orderbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Nice to have: 1 year of relevant experience in DeFi, Web3, or a DAO, familiarity with AWS, experience with non EVM chains.
