Description:

• Seeking an experienced Rust developer to contribute to the growth of the infrastructure, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and architects to develop new features, integrate liquidity sources, and structure financial systems.
• Responsibilities include engaging in technical discussions with the Architect, supporting the implementation and deployment of trading algorithms, assisting in planning technical solutions, mentoring other Engineering members, reviewing performance metrics, and ensuring well-documented processes.
• Ideal candidate should have experience in developing low-latency trading systems, a passion for algo trading, crypto, DeFi, and possess strong low-level system thinking skills.
• Role may involve integrating with poorly documented APIs from protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of back end coding experience in languages like C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
• Essential experience with Rust.
• Familiarity or interest in Trading and financial markets, trading algorithms in orderbooks.
• Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
• Nice to have: 1 year of relevant experience in DeFi, Web3, or a DAO, familiarity with AWS, experience with non EVM chains.
