Remote Salesforce Software Engineer | DOTS

Description:

• Join the Salesforce Corporate team at Wellhub to contribute to building a scalable platform supporting various account hierarchies and sales deals globally.
• Collaborate with the Staff Software Engineer and Technical Program Manager to evaluate tasks, suggest technical solutions, and document them.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability.
• Work in a Kanban model and engage in coding to solve problems and develop solutions.
• Build solutions using declarative programming (Flow, Approval Processes) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura).
• Contribute to architectural decisions affecting the entire platform.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Apex/JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and building integrations with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and working in a collaborative environment with engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Familiarity with Apex Enterprise Patterns, Design Patterns, and Frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proactive, innovative, and hands-on approach to fit the startup culture.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly in English.
