AVT, a Wipro Company, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their Services team.
This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in Central and Eastern time zones.
The role involves supporting mission-critical tasks and applications for internal engineers, ensuring exceptional technical support, consultancy, and timely issue resolution.
Candidates should possess a versatile skill set to manage a broad range of responsibilities within client Commerce Engineering products.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates must have 8+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience and 5-6+ years of advanced Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on coding experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (Aura, Apex, LWC) is required.
Proficient knowledge of managing sprint boards and performance metrics for internal teams is necessary.
Experience with Salesforce application integrations using Salesforce API, web services, and third-party tool APIs is essential.
Professional experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams is required.
A deep technical understanding of applications, business processes, product architecture, and integrations is needed.
Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Admin, PD1, and PD2) are mandatory.

The position offers a competitive salary of up to $135,000 plus a 10% performance bonus.
