The Senior iOS Mobile Engineer - Ad Tech will lead the development and optimization of advertising technology solutions within iOS applications.
This role involves implementing monetization strategies, integrating ad networks and SDKs, and ensuring high performance and privacy compliance.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing ad tech features, optimizing ad-serving workflows, implementing consent frameworks for compliance, and collaborating with various teams to align strategies with revenue goals.
The engineer will also mentor other engineers and stay updated on the latest ad tech innovations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in iOS development with Swift, focusing on Ad Tech architecture and mobile monetization.
A deep understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, CoreData, and software engineering principles is required.
At least 2 years of direct experience with ad tech in mobile applications is necessary.
Good knowledge of Flutter/Dart for cross-platform application development is preferred.
Experience with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as paired programming, TDD, and CI is essential.
Hands-on experience with mobile ad SDKs like Google Ad Manager, MoPub, and AppLovin is required.
Candidates should be knowledgeable about privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and Apple’s privacy policies.
A strong understanding of real-time data processing and performance tuning is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor engineering teams are required.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
