Nansen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI/ML Engineer to develop and monitor AI models for analyzing vast amounts of blockchain data.
The role involves identifying patterns and insights that drive decision-making for crypto investors.
The Senior AI/ML Engineer will enhance Nansen's platform capabilities and contribute to its mission of surfacing the signal in the future of finance.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of AI/ML models, collaborating with product managers and engineers, staying updated on AI/ML and blockchain technologies, mentoring junior engineers, and aligning AI/ML initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI/ML projects.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and proficiency in programming languages like Python.
Familiarity with modern AI models, APIs, and SDKs, including OpenAI and LLMs.
Ability to work full-stack with data; data engineering experience is a significant plus.
Strong analytical skills and capability to work with large, complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote work environment across multiple time zones.
