Lime is seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join their team and help revolutionize urban transportation.
The role involves designing and building core technology for connected vehicles and crafting backend systems to handle numerous requests from IoT devices and consumer-facing apps.
The engineer will also improve operational tools for the distributed workforce responsible for charging, deploying, and maintaining electric vehicles.
The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and PMs focused on innovative urban transportation solutions.
Responsibilities include identifying and solving technical problems, leading product initiatives, making technology and architecture decisions, mentoring other engineers, advising leadership on technology adoption, and contributing to the engineering culture.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional software development experience and a proven track record of building impactful products or systems.
A strong background in mobile development and demonstrated leadership skills are essential.
The ideal candidate should be dynamic, driven, hands-on, and capable of multitasking across functions.
Experience with mobile testing frameworks and services is required.
iOS development experience is considered a bonus.
