Description:
The Senior Application Customer Support Engineer will provide remote support to clients for the operation and maintenance of EXUS installations.
The role involves working in shifts and some weekends due to the global presence of the company.
Responsibilities include offering L3 technical application support, investigating incidents, configuring applications, serving as an escalation point, documenting processes, and providing training.
Tasks also involve performing queries in Postgres, improving configurations at new production sites, incident registration and management, development of Change Requests, monitoring cloud environments, mentoring team members, and communicating with clients.
Requirements:
University Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline is required.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience is necessary.
Experience in Collections/Banking systems is highly appreciated.
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Databases, including DBA skills, is required.
Customer-focused mentality with attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Discipline in following up all customer requests is expected.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English are necessary.
