Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a back-end developer, with a preference for those familiar with C#, .NET Core, and SQL.

Knowledge of code smells and refactoring techniques is essential.
Understanding of the modular monolith concept is important.
Experience with Continuous Delivery practices, especially trunk-based development, is a plus.

A focus on quality and testing in software development, with an emphasis on client impact, is crucial.
