The Payments team is seeking a Back-end Software Engineer to enhance the payment experience for merchants and customers.
The role involves shaping the future of the Payments system and building scalable payment solutions that integrate with internal services.
Best practices in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) are essential.
The position emphasizes clean code, teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
Technologies used include PHP 8+, Symfony, Doctrine, Laravel, TypeScript, NodeJS, Angular, Jenkins, and AWS among others.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product teams, designing initiatives, improving the codebase, conducting code reviews, fixing bugs, and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with PHP is necessary.
Experience in the Payments Domain and with Financial Management Systems is essential.
Familiarity with Distributed Systems and Payment Gateway Integration is required.
Candidates should be quality-oriented, following best practices such as Testing (ideally TDD), pair programming, and Agile methodologies.
Experience in mentoring team members is also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with DDD and CQRS.
