Remote Senior Backend / DevOps Engineer at Oppizi

The company Oppizi is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Backend/DevOps Engineer to join their Tech Team.
This is a full-time remote position open to candidates in Singapore/India or within the UTC+8 and UTC+5:30 time zone countries.
The team consists of 12 Software Engineers, 3 AQA Engineers, 6 MQA Engineers, QA Lead, 2 UI/UX Designers, 3 Product Managers, Head of Product, and CTO, split between 4 teams.
The role involves working on challenging projects to innovate the platform and benefit customers and partners.
Responsibilities include using modern technologies, collaborating with teams, building testable code, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
The position requires working with different environments such as Platform, API, and Mobile App.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, fixed hours (09:00 - 18:00).

Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ECMAScript 6 standards.
8+ years of commercial experience with Node.js.
Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure development.
Excellent communication skills and understanding of technical concepts.
Experience with REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, TDD principles, and microservice architecture.
Understanding of clean architecture principles, GIT version control, and databases like MongoDB and MySQL.
Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency.
Experience with TypeScript and ability to learn new tools and languages efficiently.
